Taylor Goldsmith

CEO

Taylor is an entrepreneur with a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Small Business Consultant. Taylor enjoys hunting, fishing, sports, gardening, and all things outdoors. He loves traveling and experiencing new adventures with his family.

 

Cindy Stafford

VP of Sales and Operations

Cindy joined the construction team in the summer of 2020 as a Selection Specialist and knew she found the perfect fit with Goldsmith. Cindy manages Company Operations, the Selections Department, is a member of our Sales Team, and assists with HR and Special Projects. Building relationships with homeowners that last long after their new home is complete is one of the most rewarding aspects of her job. Cindy enjoys traveling, playing pickleball and finding new restaurants to enjoy with family and friends.

 

Levi Goldsmith

General Contractor

Levi started with Joe Goldsmith Construction in 1999. He is licensed as a General Contractor as well as Commercial Pool Contractor. As the General Contractor, he oversees the company’s commercial and residential construction projects as well as land development initiatives. In Levi’s spare time he enjoys all things outdoors; Hunting, fishing and boating as well as being involved in church and spending time with his wife and kids.

 
 

Kyle Davis

Executive Assistant

Kyle has a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from The Florida State University, and spent seven years in governmental/utility accounting before joining the Goldsmith team in 2022. With a passion for efficiency and process, he assists the Executive Team in forming, establishing, and meeting their strategic goals and acts as a technical consultant to the Controller. Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children.

Noah Hazelton

Controller

Noah has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business from Warner University and joined Joe Goldsmith Construction in 2021. As Controller, Noah oversees all accounting functions for the the family of Goldsmith companies including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. Noah spends his free time coaching high school football and enjoys being active outdoors.

 

Keelan Haworth

Superintendent

Keelan has over 20 years of building trade experience and joined the Goldsmith team in December 2021. He is a family man, an outdoorsman, and a fisherman. In his free time, Keelan enjoys shooting, agricultural work, and time with family.

 

Walt Smith

Superintendent

Walt joined the Goldsmith team in 2023 after an enlistment in the Coast Guard and a number of years superintending custom home builds here in Lakeland. In his free time, Walt enjoys spending time with his wife and their girls, and shooting and tinkering.

 

Sarah Green

Selections Specialist

Sarah joined the Goldsmith team in 2021. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Strategic Communications at Liberty University. As the Selections Specialist, she manages homeowner’s decisions for interior and exterior finishes in their home, as well as the dollars and cents on each project. Sarah enjoys building relationships with homeowners, vendors, and suppliers. In her free time, Sarah enjoys making new memories with her husband and son. She also enjoys music and the beach.

 

Jake Marzola

Asset Manager and Cabinet Designer

Jake started at Goldsmith in September 2021 and is currently managing assets and designing cabinets. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from The Florida State University and is working towards a Masters of Divinity. He is currently in the Air Force Reserves after spending 6 years on active duty as a Bomb Squad Technician. Jake enjoys family time, woodworking projects, teaching at church, traveling and outdoor activities.
